Can I start prenatal yoga with no previous experience?

Yes! This class is structured for all levels of fitness and yoga experience. Let your teacher know that this is your first class so she can provide the modifications or assistance needed to make you feel safe and comfortable.

I have been practicing yoga for many years. Do I need to change to a prenatal yoga class?
